Stress concentration occurs in this area of ​​the carton and is therefore the most easily broken.
(3) The color of the ink is conspicuous Because the color of the corrugated cardboard itself is quite dark, when selecting the printing color, it is necessary to take into consideration that the ink with a large color saturation and a strong coloring ink (such as a large red) must be used, otherwise the printed color There is a big gap with the desired color.
(4) Minimize the number of overprints The more overprints, the more severe the compressive strength of corrugated boxes declines.
(5) Avoid printing small letters as corrugated boxes. Consider the effect of promotional products and determine the size of the font. Words with a size of 2cm or less are almost indistinguishable when the distance is 5m or more. This loses the significance of publicity and promotion.
(6) Minimize the printing pressure To ensure the quality of carton printing and reduce the impact on the strength of corrugated cartons, the printing pressure should be as small as possible, and ink should be used as fast as possible. Secondly, the printing surface and the horizontal indentation line should be maintained at a distance of 15mm or more, because the corrugated cardboard cannot be fully accepted by the pressure of the presser platen of the binding machine, otherwise the printing effect will be affected.
