This machine is a file protection device that applies thermal compounding and mechanically reinforces the base file edge. Basemap file The edger consists of a power supply, a body, a mechanical system, and a heating system. The power supply section uses a 90-watt transformer to step down the mains to 27 volts and 15 volts, supplying power to the mechanical system and the heating system, respectively. The body part is made of alloy material, which is mainly used for fixing power supply, motor, mechanical system and heating system, etc., and at the same time as the operating table of the edge wrapping machine. The mechanical system consists of pre-coated film trays, folding belt guides, motors, composite wheels, splitters, cutters, etc. It is used for the transfer, forming, compaction, and cutting of the precoat film and the bottom map. The heating system consists of a heating element and a temperature control system. The heating element consists of four 15-watt ceramic resistors. The temperature control system consists of a reference temperature setting potentiometer, comparator, sensor, thyristor, and optocoupler to complete the temperature setting and control of the heating element.

Second, the control of temperature, pressure, and speed during the mechanical pressing process. The adhesive of BOPP pre-coated film is hot-melt adhesive, and the temperature determines the melting state of hot-melt adhesive, which determines the leveling properties of hot-melt adhesive and the diffusion of hot-melt adhesive molecules to BOPP film, paper substrate and other material molecules. The ability also determines the crystallinity of the hot melt adhesive. Only by properly controlling the working temperature can the solid hot melt layer of the pre-coating film on the film be completely viscous, with proper fluidity to achieve wetting and adhesion to the edge surface of the base image, and to ensure instant curing after compounding. , Make the base file after the edge of the edge of the package file to achieve a solid edge, smooth, bright, no crease. In addition, during the design of the temperature control system of the edge wrapping machine, the product uses a safe and reliable ceramic resistor as the heating part of the edge wrapping machine, and uses a closed-loop negative feedback system to achieve accurate control of the heat sealing temperature. Through repeated experiments, the city archives set the reference point for heat sealing temperature at 88°C and the fluctuation range was 85-9l°C.

Since the edge surface of the base image file is not very smooth, the hot-melt adhesive in the viscous state will only fully wet the surface of the paper during the process of escaping air from the surface of the paper, and the colloidal molecules will be directed to the paper. The diffusion between the inner layer and the inter-sheets of the paper allows the bottom-face edge to be bright, non-fogging, and crease-free to achieve good adhesion. Therefore, under the condition of ensuring no wrinkle, the pressure can be appropriately increased, and the thermoplastic curing machine of the hot-melt adhesive on the surface of the wrapping material can be fully embodied so as to ensure the peeling and impact force of the underlay after the composite. Such impact has a strong resistance. At the same time, controlling the size of the pressure is also the key to the design of the edge machine. During the design process, the City Archives made an adjustable two-way composite wheel to achieve automatic control of composite pressure and achieved good results. The pressure range was 3-3.5 kg/cm2.

Since the base image wrapping is a composite operation performed in a dynamic manner, its moving speed determines the residence time of the composite body on the hot press working interface. When the wrapping temperature and pressure are fixed, the speed change will also change the wrapping effect. If the speed is too fast, the hot pressing force will decline, the adhesion will not be firm, the speed will be too slow, and the efficiency will be reduced. At the same time, it will also cause blistering in the composite body. During the design process, the city archives calculated through actual calculations that the speed control range should be 15-30 millimeters per second, and the speed of the edging can be controlled through a debuggable motor.

The successful development of the base map file edge wrapping machine has completely changed the traditional way of reinforcing the edge of the base map and opened up a new way to save and improve the efficiency of the repair and protection of the base map file. The equipment has a high degree of automation, simple operation, and greatly reduces labor intensity.
