Due to the long minimum cycle time required for roll change, it is not conducive to the production of small rolls. According to reports, the equipment adopts a turret online slitting and shaftless winding process, with a winding speed of up to 600 meters per minute. The minimum cycle time for changing rolls is 30 seconds. The paper core is transported in place, centered, and installed. The roll-off is done automatically and the roll-change roll-out can be done very quickly and automatically. The device can slit the film roll into four, five, six or more standard film rolls online, eliminating the need for the traditional offline slitting-rewinding process. It can continuously produce 300 meters long standard small film rolls at high speed. With a 3-inch core, the maximum rewinding diameter of the winder is up to 400 mm. The winder Winder 3000 has an on-line slitting function. The design of the take-up arm of the film winder is adopted. The take-up arm can be moved and adjusted along the linear guide according to the length of the paper core. The special chuck provided with the reeling arm can hold multiple film reels at one reeling position.

The winder Winder 3000 adopts the principle of a double-station central turret winder. While winding at one winding station, another winding station can prepare for unloading and loading new paper cores. Each rewinding station is equipped with its own auxiliary contact roller to ensure that the new film roll is synchronized with the production line speed at the time of roll change and the rolled film roll is controlled. In addition, the rewinding reeling station remains in contact with the centrally driven contact roller mounted on the winder cutting station. When the winder starts, the full-width film is first wound up by a full-width shafting winding station located between the first and second winding stations. Once the on-line slitting is started, the cutting device equipped with a fixed knife starts slitting, and the newly slitted film immediately starts to wind up at one stop. In the usual roll change process, two rewinding stations rotate 180° to complete a rapid repositioning cycle time of less than 2 seconds. At the same time, the roll change system uses an additional film feeding system to guide new films from 10 microns to 35 microns to the new paper core, completing the entire roll change process. The winder winder 3000 in the production line is also compatible with the winding of 2-inch and 3-inch paper cores. When the exchange is performed, the air supply and electrical signals are transmitted through the connectors. Therefore, the replacement process is simple and requires only 3 inches of chucks and 2 inches of cards. Swap the head without replacing the entire wrap arm.
