When a single-sided machine runs at high speed, a continuous, usually rugby-shaped, raised, unbonded area appears in the center of a single-sided web or a significant portion of the facial paper (in the case of the face paper edge problem).

â–  Situation 1:

A soaked paper indicates that the sizing is accurate and that the stencil and core paper have been initially bonded and a good paste shape is visible.

Cause Analysis:

1 Insufficient heat leads to white paste line 2 inaccurate pressure roller middle high;
3 wet lines on the surface of the paper;
4 paper and core paper tension is not consistent 5 gel temperature is too high;
6 Crystalline paste lines appear when heat is excessive;
7 Pressure roller position is inaccurate.

Solution:

1 check the steam temperature, siphon, and steam quality in all pressure pipes;
2 Check the pressure roller height and adjust according to the equipment manufacturer's standards;
3 increase the tension or wrap angle to increase the temperature of the face paper and core paper;
4 Inspect the unsuccessful school; pick up equipment Parts , inspect the rollers for wear due to improper use, and use adjustable elastic rollers to ensure even tension;
5 Check the gel temperature and adjust to the appropriate standard;
6 Reduce the wrap angle on the tissue preheater and the core paper preconditioner;
7 Withdraw the pressure roller brake and check the water pressure and air pressure roller drive system for proper operation.


â–  Situation 2:

Before the lower corrugated roller or the upper roller clamp, the core paper becomes loose and becomes out of control, forming uneven paste on the core paper, or forming a glue on the guide jaws.

Cause Analysis:

1 Incorrect positioning of the guide jaws;
2 lack of vacuum or pressure;
3 Vacuum hole or corrugating roller gap plugging;
4 There is dirt on the corrugating roller;
5 corrugated roller pressure insufficient;
6 Corrugated roller bearing wear;
7 The corrugating roller lacks heat;
8 High wear in the pressure roller.

Solution:

1 Adjust the clearance between the guide jaw and the lower corrugating roller, and the gap between the guide jaw and the pressure roller;
2 increase vacuum and pressure;
3 Remove the dirt between the hole and the gap:
4 Remove dirt from corrugating roller 5 Increase pressure:
6 Replace the bearing 7 Check the siphon tube. Whether there is condensate deposit in the steam drum;
8 Replace the pressure roller.


â–  Situation 3:

Failure to control the surface of the pressure roller or the lower corrugated roller folder before the core paper causes the paste on the surface of the paper to be uneven. The causes and measures are given in Case 2;
