In particular, when printing plates that have been stored for more than 1 year, they are either found to be corroded or the nets are not washed. Many printing plates need to be reprinted, and reprinting a four-color printing plate takes about 200 RMB. Around yuan, this will inevitably reduce the short-lived profit margin.

The old plates that need to be reused are collectively selected (save for more than 1 year), the old plates are placed in a clean developing tank, water is poured to flood the plate, and after 12 hours, the plate is wiped clean with a cloth and checked Whether there is ink, if yes, use a mixture of gasoline and dampening powder to gently wipe the finger, so that the new water level of the plate base will eat enough water; the residual ink is easy to remove without damaging the printing plate; Or on the machine printing.

Plates processed by this method can be reused for more than 3 years. It should be noted that the ink on the plate must be washed before sealing. Plates that need to be re-used can be processed once every six months according to the above method, and should be checked regularly.
