Plastic bottle packaging is mostly used for liquid products, usually made of plastics. 10.1 POWER Lubrication Oil

2 . Design method

According to the orientation of the consumer market, the appearance of the product tends to be European and American in design style, indicating the source of the product. Bottle body adopts one-piece color, which is not only conducive to the continuation of the series of packaging, but also can balance the visual effect and give people a stable and safe feeling. The concise and powerful English title and speeding motorcycle logo reflect the good performance and industry attributes of the product.

3 . Printing ideas

Plastic bottle printing uses stencil printing (also known as silk screen printing). Due to the slow printing speed and the difficulty of color printing, the color of packaging cannot be too complicated. Since the color of the plastic bottle body has been made in plastic during the bottle production, there is no need to re-print, as long as the color to be printed is made into a screen Plate, and the ink is forced through the holes on the screen by the scraping method. Re-transfer to the printed material, printing a second color after drying and printing the second color until the printing is completed.

4 . Finished product flow

Lubricating oil packaging production process is divided into: design concept → prepress preparation → design draft → finalization → dismantling production → output production of film → mold making plastic bottles → printing plastic bottles → packing products.
