5. Film requirements

(1) Registration crosshairs: 0°, 90° on four color separations. The registration crosshairs were placed at 180°, 270°, and center, see Figure 2 and the line width was 0.10mm.

(2) The supplied film: The text should be a positive positive image with the film facing up. If the submitted film does not meet these requirements, additional costs may be added and the disc printing process may be affected.

(3) Some companies require the PANTONE color label or the four primary color symbols (C, M, 丫, K) to be marked on each negative.

(4) Film can not have scratches, dust, bending

(5) The density of the film should be 3,0.

6. Proofing standards

(1) For each batch of printing jobs, the disc printing customer is best able to provide a color proof. It can be Matchprint proofs (for CMYK four-color jobs only), Colorkey proofs, dye-sublimation proofs, high-quality color inkjet proofs, or color laser proofs. Never use a dot matrix printer to print proofs.

(2) We recommend using Matchprint proofs for two-color or four-color printing. If there are no proofs for color proofing, generally it is first confirmed whether or not to let the optical disc printer output proofing samples, then the optical disc printing factory will charge an additional fee.

7. other

(1) The printing color of the optical disk is generally 1 to 6 colors (four primary colors+PANTONE spot colors). If you do not need the metal effect of the disc printing surface, you must first print a white background on the printing surface. When a CD printing customer submits a job, it should tell the CD printing plant whether it needs a white base. White ink base may improve the accuracy of color reproduction, and can prevent the color of the disc printing surface from interfering with each other. However, sometimes the printed surface of a disc is a "color", but it can have unexpected artistic effects.

(2) All PANTONE color matching systems have the ability to print and reproduce color, pastel color, and screening color blocks.

(3) The change of dot density may affect the color of the master printer
