Waste plastic PE granulation formula

1, low pressure polyethylene blowing material:
Waste barrel plastic 100 kg white oil (or dioctyl ester) 0.5 kg anti-light agent (titanium dioxide) 0.1 kg (carbon black) 0.01 kg (both titanium dioxide and carbon black)
(Example: 2-hydroxy-3, titanium dioxide)

2, turnover box injection plastic:
Waste low pressure polyethylene 100 kg low pressure raw material 5 kg (can not be used)
0.8 kg of lubricant (stearate)
Paraffin wax 0.5 kg anti-aging agent 0.2 kg (such as: 2-dianhydride, stabilizer can also be used)
Calcium carbonate 3-7 kg
3, made of polyethylene waste fire retardant barrels:
High and low pressure polyethylene barrels 100 kg composite flame retardant 30 kg (such as halide Sb2o3)
Lead stearate PbSt 1 kg
Sorting PE, PP, PET mixed comminuted material

For PP, PE, PET mixed crushed material, you can put it first into the pool, because the density of PET is the largest, its relative density is 1.30--1.38, then PET will sink. Then, start pouring alcohol into the pool to neutralize the density of the water and adjust the density to 0.91. When the PE in the water sinks, it is adjusted.

The density method was used to separate the PP, PE, and PET mixtures.

The density of PP is from 0.89 to 0.91, the density of PE is from 0.91 to 0.965, and the density of PET is from 1.30 to 1.38.
