The combined output of paper and paperboard in Guangdong and Shandong provinces accounted for about one-third of the country's total output. Zhejiang ranked third in the country with 17.11 million tons, up 1.24% year-on-year, accounting for 15.37% of the country's total output. The total output of Guangdong, Shandong and Zhejiang provinces reached 54.71 million tons, accounting for 49.16% of the national output, basically just half.
