RIPit and partners launch joint flexo CTP solution

In order to meet the demand for high-quality, economical CTP products in the flexographic printing market, RIPit Imaging Systems and Andersson & Vreeland have jointly developed a comprehensive solution that includes RfPit's OpenRIP Flexo 5.0 software and Anderson & Vreeland's F LexoLaser CTP device. The solution has been exhibited at the just-concluded Labelexpo trade show.

RIPit's OpenRIP FIexo 5.0 software has many outstanding features that can improve prepress production efficiency and accuracy, and its performance has also been greatly improved, helping users achieve a highly automated workflow. OpenRIP Flexo 5 O is also a RIP software that supports Adobe Postscript 3. It can easily handle very complex digital files and output on multiple devices.

Ande r SOn & V reeI and company's FtexoLaser series CTP equipment is designed to obtain high quality flexographic plates. The maintenance-free design using multi-fiber laser technology means low service cost and continuous and reliable production. FIexoLaser series CTP equipment is compatible with all kinds of flexible sensitized plates (including solvent type and water wash type) with ablative film available on the market. There is no limit to the thickness of the plate.
