Poly-L-Lysine Solution

Cat.No .: SGP8920 Size: 10ml
Conc .: 0.1% w / v, in water Storage: 18-26 ℃
Thimerosal, 0.01%, added as preservative
Polylysine solution is a widely used adhesive for tissue sections and slides. The interaction between the polycation molecule and the anion on the tissue section will produce strong adhesion.
It is suitable for histology, immunohistochemistry, frozen section, cell smear, in situ hybridization and other slides used to prevent off-chip treatment, in order to prevent the tissue from falling off during the experiment. It can also be used in cell culture to increase the ability of cells to adhere.
[Instructions for use]
Immunological operation steps (can be directly coated on the slide)
1. Sterilized ddH2O 1:10 diluted the polylysine solution.
2. Place the diluted polylysine solution in the room before use to bring the temperature to room temperature 18-26 ℃
3. Immerse the slides in the diluted polylysine solution for 5 minutes. Note that increasing the time will not improve the coating effect.
4. Dry in an oven at 60 ° C for 1 hour or overnight at room temperature 18-26 ° C for use.
[note]
1. For every 100 mL of diluted polylysine solution, 40-90 slides should be coated, and more than 90 slides will affect its adhesion.
2. Slides must be kept clean before use. If necessary, wash with 70% ethanol solution containing 1% HCl.
4. The released polylysine solution should be kept at 2-8 ° C and stable for at least 3 months.
5. The used diluent should be filtered and discarded if there is turbidity or growth of bacteria.
