The dirt on the surface of the clean specimen, eyepiece, objective lens and work board can be taken according to the actual situation. The possible reason for the non-coincidence of the two images is that the pupil distance is adjusted incorrectly, and measures to correct the pupil distance can be taken. Check the eyepiece and reinstall the eyepiece with the same magnification. If the image is not clear, there may be dirt on the surface of the objective lens. Please clean the objective lens. If the image is not clear when zooming, it may be that the diopter adjustment is incorrect and the focus is not correct. You can readjust the diopter adjustment and focus. If the bulb burns out frequently and the light flashes indefinitely, it may be that the local line voltage is too high, the bulb will burn out and the wire connection is poor, please carefully check whether the voltage and the microscope wire connection are firm It may be that the light bulb burns out soon, and you can replace the light bulb to solve. The adjustment of the stereo microscope before use mainly includes: focusing, diopter adjustment, interpupillary distance adjustment and bulb replacement. Each is explained below.

1. Focusing: Put the worktable into the mounting hole on the base. When observing transparent specimens, choose frosted glass platen; when observing opaque specimens, choose black and white platen. Then loosen the fastening screws on the focusing slide and adjust the height of the lens body so that it has a working distance that is approximately the same as the selected objective magnification. After adjustment, tighten the fastening screws. When focusing, it is recommended to use flat objects, such as flat paper with printed characters, ruler, set square, etc. Diopter adjustment: First adjust the diopter circles on the left and right eyepiece tubes to the 0-line position. Normally, first look through the right eyepiece tube.

Turn the zoom handwheel to the lowest magnification position, turn the focus handwheel and the diopter adjustment ring to adjust the specimen until the specimen image is clear, then turn the zoom handwheel to the highest magnification position and continue to adjust until the specimen image is clear So far, at this time, observe with the left eyepiece tube. If it is not clear, adjust the diopter circle on the left eyepiece tube axially until the image of the specimen is clear.

2. Interpupillary distance adjustment: Pulling the two eyepiece tubes can change the exit pupil distance of the two eyepiece tubes.

When the user observes that the two circular visual fields in the visual field are completely coincident, it means that the interpupillary distance has been adjusted. It should be noted that due to differences in individual vision and eye adjustment, when different users or even the same user uses the same stereo microscope at different times, parfocal adjustments should be made separately to obtain the best observation effect. Whether you are replacing the upper light source bulb or the lower light source bulb, be sure to turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord from the power socket before replacing.

When replacing the upper light source bulb, first unscrew the knurled screw of the upper light source light box, remove the light box, then remove the bad bulb from the lamp holder, replace the good bulb, and then install the light box and the knurled screw. When replacing the light source bulb, you need to remove the frosted glass plate or black and white plate from the base, then remove the bad bulb from the lamp holder and replace it with a good bulb; then install the frosted glass plate or black and white plate .
